The Story
Madre Selva was born from a shared dream of community and a simple question:
What kind of hospitality emerges when the forest leads?
A place in the hills of Casole d’Elsa began to ask for a new life.
We listened- to the stones, to the soil, to the quiet voice of the valley.
What followed was a slow act of devotion: restoration, observation, learning the rhythms of the land, meeting the place where it was and learning to follow its wisdom.
Madre Selva marks the first tangible step of an intentional valley community: regenerative, intergenerational, and anchored in care, continuity, and belonging. A beginning rooted in the land and oriented toward the future.
